Purpose

 Saudi airline  main objective is to get as many people to use their online booking service as possible. The website allows customers to view the airline service and facilities. Passengers can use the web to plan their holiday and make a flight reservation, together with other services, like hotel and private transport booking online. The links to sub pages from the home page are distributed all over the page, some at the top of the page in a horizontal tool bar with 5 elements. Also in the right hand corner, a cargo service links distributed. That’s not all; in the left corner of the page is a booking location link. In this case, the user needs to look around the page to find information and their links. The user may not have time, or some may not be computer literate and might find it hard to browse the page.

Fonts

The font used in the page is small so the user might not feel comfortable while reading. Some words are missing letters due to bad design, for example, the word ‘flight’ in the golden box near the word ‘hotel’. The missing letters are ‘ght’, which is a link to the menu below.

Languages

The level of the language is based on airline staff knowledge, not a normal internet-user. For example, they use the symbol of the airline SV, which no one will know without airline knowledge.

 The Availability & Fare table needs more description like the flight time column. Departure and arrival time are in one column. Also, the number in the price column should be followed by the currency symbol, for example, SR for the Saudi currency, or £ for the British pound, and so on.
